Beautiful villa situated on a hill overlooking the town of Tredozio with views of the surrounding hills. In summer, you'll find a seasonal above-ground swimming pool. Two terraces for sunbathing and outdoor dining with a BBQ available. Ample parking for 7 cars. WiFi internet throughout the property.

Upon entering the raised ground floor, you'll find a very spacious living room with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa. Tables for dining together, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a first bedroom with a private bathroom that can also be used as a shared bathroom as it is just outside the room.

Going down the stairs, you reach a second living room with a sofa bed, another service bathroom, and a washing machine. With external access, you'll find two independent studios, each with a double bed, kitchen, dining table, TV, and bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, and bidet).

Going up to the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms, two of which are on mezzanines, and four en-suite bathrooms.

For a total capacity of 20 beds in the main villa.

You can take a walk in the charming town of Tredozio where you can also shop at the supermarket or go to the municipal swimming pool.

You can take excursions to cities like Faenza, Ravenna, Rimini, Riccione, and Milano Marittima, or to Florence, the capital of art and the Renaissance.

Small to medium-sized dogs are accepted, provided they are well-behaved.

1st floor: 2 Double bedrooms and 2 quadruple mezzanine bedrooms with double TVs, each with an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet with bidet shower).

Parking level floor: Second living room with sofa bed, Bathroom with sink, toilet, and bidet, Washing machine, all connected by internal stairs of the villa.

Two independent studios with external access.

Exterior: Large garden, garden furniture, BBQ, parking for 7 cars, above-ground swimming pool (installed only in summer from May 15th to September 15th).
