About us
360 Rentals was born from the idea of intertwining property management, local hospitality services, and online offerings. This provides greater assurance to homeowners and peace of mind to travelers, while also engaging local professionals.
In 2014, Florence brought together Nycolas Martin, a Canadian from the hospitality industry, and Andrea Frua De Angeli, an Italian American responsible for TV post-production. As the short-term rental market developed in Italy, they grew together and established themselves in managing apartments and B&Bs in Florence.
Their entrepreneurial intuition was to maintain their core values intact and weave together services to help the community offer solutions to problems.
